Office Operations Coordinator

About the Job

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and event planning.
  • Oversee office operations, including record management, equipment maintenance, and mail processing.
  • Administer employee benefits and payroll processing.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for employees.
  • Create a comprehensive office operations manual outlining policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to staff and respond to inquiries.
  • Design and implement office attendance policies and procedures.
  • Assist in facilities management, including office space planning and maintenance.
  • Plan and execute events that promote the organization's objectives.
  • Develop and manage internal communication channels to keep employees informed and engaged.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Holds a graduate degree with a postgraduate qualification in Management.
  • Demonstrates hands-on experience in office operations, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
