Job Title: Tally Functional Expert

As a Tally functional expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of Tally software within our organization. This includes providing training and support to colleagues on pre-defined functionalities of Tally software, coordinating with existing customers, and working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any technical issues that may arise.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of Tally software and its applications. You should also be able to communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and support to colleagues on Tally software functionalities
  • Coordinate with existing customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Tally software and its applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:

  • UG: B.Com in Any Specialization
