Lead Financial Consolidator

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee the General Ledger (GL) consolidation and Management Information System (MIS) reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely financial consolidation across multiple business units/entities and deliver insightful MIS reports for strategic decision-making.
This role involves ensuring timely month-end and year-end GL closing activities, consolidating financial data from multiple business units/entities in compliance with accounting standards, performing inter company reconciliations and eliminating intercompany transactions, managing and maintaining chart of accounts consistency across entities, and supporting statutory audit, internal audit, and compliance processes with relevant GL data.
The successful candidate will also prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, analyze variances between budgeted and actual financial results, and provide commentary. Additionally, they will provide financial insights and dashboards for business reviews and management decision-making, work closely with the FPA team to align MIS with forecasting and budgeting cycles, streamline and automate consolidation and MIS processes using ERP and reporting tools, and ensure robust internal controls and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
