Job Description

As a Senior Firmware Engineer, you will lead the development of cutting-edge IoT sensors and edge devices in an Agile firmware environment.

You will design, implement, and optimize firmware for seamless integration and robust performance in diverse environments.

This role is ideal for experienced engineers with expertise in embedded systems, real-time operating systems (RTOS), and firmware development.

  • Collaborate in an Agile firmware development team
  • Expert-level modern C/C++ coding skills
  • Strong understanding of data structures and theory
  • Comprehension of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and practices
  • Experience in embedded systems development
  • Knowledge of electronic concepts, topologies, and components
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to share innovative ideas and improve development processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and firmware issues
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in firmware development using C
  • Proficient in Nordic Connect (Zephyr RTOS) and Nordic SDK
  • Strong foundational knowledge in embedded systems
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
