Accounting and finance managers play a crucial role in any organization, overseeing the financial functions that drive business success. As a chief financial officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, including fund usage, statutory compliance, and cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage accounting functions, including fund usage, statutory compliance, and cash flow management
- Work closely with business and operations teams to align financial management with short and long-term financial planning and projections
- Formulate finance strategy for facilitating top management decision making
- Ensure timely completion of accounts, monitor quarterly performance, and implement accounting system improvements
- Maintain regulatory and statutory compliance, including income tax, GST, professional tax, and other requirements
- Prepare ALM related forms and convey ALM meetings
- Manage borrowing from banks and issue NCD bonds
- Submit weekly MIS reports to management indicating cash inflow and outflow, and utilization of funds
You will work closely with the management team to ensure the organization complies with all legal and regulatory requirements and maintains accurate records.
