Job Title: Advanced AI Model Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced AI Model Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI models that can effectively detect and identify sensitive data.

This role involves working with large-scale datasets, leveraging machine learning frameworks such as Ray, ollama, vLLM, and PyTorch to build and fine-tune custom models. You will also collaborate with data engineering, security, and compliance teams to ensure the AI solutions meet business requirements and align with industry regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AI frameworks, expertise in LLM fine-tuning, and hands-on experience with model deployment in Azure cloud environments. A strong understanding of distributed computing paradigms and familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) Servers is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop advanced AI models using Ray, ollama, vLLM, and PyTorch for PII detection across diverse data types.
  • Fine-tune and optimize local LLMs or other NLP models for improved accuracy.
  • Develop generative AI agents for schema- and metadata-based PII detection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions meet business requirements and regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Strong experience with AI frameworks such as Ray, ollama, vLLM, and PyTorch.
  • Expertise in LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with AI model deployment in Azure cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with large-scale data and distributed computing paradigms.
  • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) Servers and securing them.
