Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Chartered Accountant to lead our accounting and advisory services team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to utilize their expertise in compliance, financial analysis, and tax planning.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions. Proficiency in MS Office, TallyPrime, and Computax is required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the review and preparation of various financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  2. Oversee the preparation of management information reports as per client requirements.
  3. Analyze financial data and generate comprehensive reports on inventory, cash flows, and profitability.
  4. Prepare annual financial statements for individuals, firms, and companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Collaborate with auditors to ensure seamless audit processes and ensure timely completion.
  6. Manage bank relations and oversee payments/receipts in various entities.
  7. Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliances, including TDS, GST, and Income Tax Returns.
  8. Conduct financial due diligence and provide expert advice on tax structuring, import/export matters, and corporate secretarial issues.
