Backend Developer

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust backend software solutions primarily using Python, with a strong focus on AI/ML applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement high-performance backend software solutions using Python, focusing on AI/ML applications.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI or equivalent frameworks, serving AI-powered features.
  • Build responsive frontend user interfaces using React to visualize and interact with complex AI models and data.
  • Utilize the Azure cloud platform (or similar) for application development and deployment, demonstrating a willingness to explore new technologies.
  • Architect and implement Generative AI solutions, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, to enhance model capabilities and provide context-aware responses.
  • Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), exploring fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and optimal model selection.
  • Develop Agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to translate cutting-edge research into impactful solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Intellectual curiosity and a drive for continuous learning in AI/ML.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in areas like AI model integration and optimization.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience in AI/ML applications.
  • Hands-on experience with React and Azure cloud services.
  • In-depth knowledge of API development and Generative AI concepts.
  • Familiarity with or experience in building RAG systems and Agentic AI workflows.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Working Hours: 2pm to 11pm. Office Location: Chennai.
