Process Optimisation Lead

As a Process Optimisation Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of Denials Processing and Claims follow-up activities, as well as Customer Service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review emails for updates and take necessary actions in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with Insurance carriers, document notes in software and spreadsheet, and implement resolutions to issues.
  • Swiftly escalate complex issues to immediate supervisors for prompt attention.
  • Regularly update production logs to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Understand client requirements and project specifications to deliver targeted solutions.
  • Meet productivity targets on a daily and monthly basis, adhering to stipulated timeframes.
  • Deliver high-quality results that meet client standards, ensuring excellence in all aspects of work.
  • Efficiently follow up on pending claims to expedite resolution.
  • Maintain accurate status reports as needed to facilitate informed decision-making.
