Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated individual to support the growth and success of our business.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed cash reports for active private equity secondaries funds, utilizing data from administrators, banking providers, and internal forecasts.
  • Reconcile movements in capacity, loan balances, and forecast capacity to prior day reporting, adjusting manual forecast data as needed.
  • Review cash management proposals from administrators, instructing them to make additional cash movements as required.
  • Formulate proposals for near-term cash management, including loan drawdowns/repayments, money market fund subscriptions/redemptions, and FX trades.
  • Collaborate with the treasury team to review and agree proposals, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Prepare instructions for administrators and other 3rd-party service providers, facilitating efficient cash management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Post-graduate / CFA / CA / MBA / CCRA / CIIA / CAIA & equivalent.
  • 9+ years of experience in fund accounting preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills, managing and/or leading employees for 2-3 years.
  • Strong interpersonal & teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of PCAP and quarterly preparing PCAP.
  • Ability to work independently, identifying ways to enhance processes and outcomes.
  • Prioritizing a large workload, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Initiative, willingness to learn, and taking on responsibilities as a contributing team member.
  • Solutions-focused, working in unstructured environments with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, with strong skills in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
