Job Description

The company is a total solution provider for renewable energy project development, construction, and lifetime operations. We have a 360-degree RE ecosystem to serve domestic and global markets across the renewable energy delivery chain.

  • Our group's wind & solar service portfolio exceeds 2.5 GW of operations, 0.75 GW of construction, and 0.5 GW of development countrywide.
  • Globally, we manage 40+ GW of wind, solar, and BESS assets across 23 countries under remote asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Performance Monitoring: Track performance of multiple solar plants and identify operational gaps.
  2. Multi-site Coordination: Liaise with site in-charges for day-to-day operations and issue resolution.
  3. Team Development: Support recruitment, training, and retention of site O&M teams.
  4. Project Handover/Takeover: Ensure smooth transitions following defined scopes and protocols.
  5. MIS & Documentation: Manage weekly/monthly reports, documentation, invoicing, vendor bill verification, and ERP approvals.
  6. Cost Optimization: Identify and onboard quality local vendors to optimize O&M costs without compromising service quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and MIS reporting is also required.

  2. B.E. in Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC).
  3. Experience: 7–10 years of overall experience with min. 5 years in Solar O&M as middle-level management.
