Aviation Operations Director

Reliance Industries Limited is seeking an experienced Aviation Operations Director to lead our helicopter management team. This role will oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of helicopter operations to meet the needs of our offshore operations.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the aviation industry, preferably with a background as an ex-serviceman. They will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted helicopter service to meet any emergency or operational requirements.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Planning and executing helicopter operations to optimize resource utilization
• Monitoring maintenance schedules and implementing safe and quality maintenance practices
• Coordinating with stakeholders, including Materials Managers, Rig Coordinators, and service company coordinators
• Preparing daily flight reports and monthly utilization reports

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires a holder of a Pilot/Licensed AME or an Engineering graduate with working experience in a helicopter operational environment. A diploma in administration or general management is also desirable.
