Job Title: Hairstylist

Fashion TV is seeking a skilled Hairstylist to join our team. As a key member of our salon, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care and styling services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and style preferences.
  • Perform haircuts, trims, and styling services for clients of all ages.
  • Apply hair coloring, highlights, and chemical treatments as per clients' requests.
  • Provide scalp treatments, hair extensions, and other hair care services.
  • Advise clients on hair care techniques and recommend suitable products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station and adhere to safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Keep abreast of current hair trends and techniques through continuous learning.
  • Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service and personalized attention.
  • Collaborate with salon team members and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Process client payments and manage appointment schedules effectively.
Required Qualifications:
  • Completion of a hairstyling or cosmetology program from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure as a hairstylist or cosmetologist.
  • Demonstrated expertise in hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
  • Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service and building client relationships.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of hair care products, equipment, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic salon environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding professional standards.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as per salon requirements.
  • Adherence to health and safety regulations related to salon operations.
