Senior Test Quality Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive innovation and process improvements in our team.
As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure high-quality software products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Innovate process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and consistency.
- Research and implement cost-effective solutions to improve capabilities and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives that enhance overall quality and efficiency.
- Configure, maintain, and administer tools and environments.
- Develop and execute automated testing for assigned projects to deliver high-quality software products on time and to specification.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience.
- 3+ years of automation experience testing applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Robotic Testing and/or CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience developing automated tests using Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright.
- Proficiency in test strategy, automation frameworks, and version control.
- Working knowledge of APIs, data models, and SOQL.
- Certifications in Quality Assurance and Software Development.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Key Qualifications:
- Prior involvement in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
