We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Associate Dentist to join our team at Mistry Centre for Advanced Dentistry. As an Associate Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly skilled and experienced team of dental professionals in a state-of-the-art facility.

Job Description

This is a full-time position designed for a dentist with 2-3 years of clinical experience who is eager to grow and develop their skills. You will:

  • Begin by assisting on advanced cases, learning our philosophy and protocols.
  • Gradually move to handling smaller cases, eventually growing into larger restorative and aesthetic treatments.
  • Work closely with our senior dentists on comprehensive cases, including lab communication, documentation, and digital smile design.
  • Gain exposure to responsible aesthetics, risk-based planning, and world-class clinical workflows.
Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive dental care: diagnosis, treatment planning, fillings, crowns, and preventive care.
  • Assisting on advanced full-mouth and aesthetic cases.
  • Managing digital workflows, documentation, and lab communication.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and record-keeping.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A BDS degree (MDS preferred but not required).
  • Current dental license to practice in India.
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience.
  • Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and patient management.
  • Team-oriented mindset with commitment to continuous learning.
  • CPR certification preferred.
