Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to all stages of analytics delivery, from problem identification to solution development and delivery.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear language that can be easily understood by stakeholders.
- Hands-on with data analyses using SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Apply hypothesis-driven approach and statistical methodologies to validate findings.
- Prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve goals in a dynamic environment.
- Assist in hiring, provide training, and foster a collaborative team culture.
- Support in solution design and coordinate with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in data science and/or business analysis.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering/Analytics/Economics/MBA or equivalent fields experience.
- Strong conceptual and creative problem-solving skills.
