Job Description:

As a Cloud Financial Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for advising on cloud cost management strategies, providing insights into common FinOps use cases, and collaborating with our engineering and product teams to map real-world challenges into product features.

You will share expertise in cost allocation, tagging strategies, and governance frameworks, highlight gaps in current market tools, and suggest opportunities for differentiation.

You will guide adoption of FinOps best practices in alignment with the FinOps Foundation principles.

Requirements:
  • 3–6+ years of experience in FinOps, Cloud Cost Optimization, or Cloud Financial Management.
  • Strong practical expertise in AWS Cost Explorer, CUR, CloudWatch, Trusted Advisor, and Budgets.
  • FinOps Certified Practitioner / Advanced Practitioner certification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience implementing chargeback/showback models, forecasting, and cloud governance.
  • Solid technical understanding of cloud architecture and usage drivers (compute, storage, networking).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (Finance and Engineering).
