Job Title: Property Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Property Support Specialist. The role involves handling customer queries, managing property-related documentation, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams, and providing an excellent customer service experience throughout the sales and post-sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction & Query Resolution
  • Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins).
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding projects, pricing, documentation, and possession.
  • Address complaints and ensure quick resolution while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Sales & Post-Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups, booking confirmations, and agreement documentation.
  • Coordinate with customers for payments, loan documentation, and registration formalities.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates, handovers, and possession schedules.

Relationship Management:
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by proactive support and assistance.
  • Gather feedback from customers and share insights with management for process improvements.

Coordination with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with sales, legal, accounts, and project teams for customer requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation, records, and customer data management in CRM systems.
  • Support in organizing site visits, client meetings, and handover events.

Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain customer interaction logs, complaints, and resolution records.
  • Prepare MIS reports on customer support activities and share with management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulatory requirements (RERA).
