Business Intelligence Analyst

The role of a Business Intelligence Analyst involves supporting EDP platform operations, data automation, and cloud cost optimization.

This position will work closely with engineering, data, and vendor management teams to drive process improvement and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze workflows and define KPIs to create actionable insights.
  • Support AWS cloud cost optimization through the use of RI, Savings Plans, and anomaly detection.
  • Assist with infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, and resiliency to ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process standardization and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud and FinOps practices.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and cost optimization.
  • Preferred: AWS certifications, Databricks/Big Data exposure, and experience with IaC/CI-CD.
