Cinema Supervisor

The role of Cinema Supervisor encompasses overseeing the entire movie-going experience from start to finish. Key responsibilities include managing theatre operations, supervising staff members, providing top-notch customer service, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

• Lead daily theatre operations, guaranteeing seamless show execution and a smooth customer experience.
• Oversee staff management, fostering effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain high-quality customer service standards, addressing customer concerns and feedback promptly.
• Monitor and enhance box office performance, concession sales, and overall revenue growth.
• Coordinate technical aspects, including sound, lighting, and projection systems, ensuring optimal functionality.

• Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• MBA or Diploma in Hospitality/Operations Management (a plus).
• Prior experience working in cinema management is mandatory.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with cinema management systems (POS, ticketing, scheduling software).
• Basic understanding of projection and AV systems is an advantage.
