Lead Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Business Cash Flow Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and processing accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payment posting, and reconciliation.
You will work closely with clients and insurance companies to follow up on pending or denied payments. Additionally, you will investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and short payments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be able to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts and transactions.
As a key member of our team, you will ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies. You will also respond to queries related to AR, billing, or payment status.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
