Job Title: Fund Servicing Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Fund Servicing team in providing premium quality client service.

This is a unique opportunity for leadership development and contributing to the success of our organization.

As a senior leader within our Investment Operations team, you will have the chance to oversee key responsibilities such as:

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of a team responsible for trade booking, settlement, cash & positions, and market value reconciliations.
  • Lead review and monitoring of Client Satisfaction for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of booking Bank Loans transactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop goals for the team and ensure they are achieved.
  • Review daily/monthly work process for team members, including checklists, and ensure all tasks are completed.
  • Ensure that all staff are aware of daily tasks and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end Reconciliation, Trades and Settlement processes.
  • Maintain a complete understanding of the NAV delivery process.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external clients.
  • Possess strong knowledge of various investment types.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail, adhere to processes, and meet deadlines.
  • Motivate staff and provide feedback when needed.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience within financial services specifically Fund Services or related function.
  • 4 years management experience.
  • Relevant industry certifications or qualifications are advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Detailed working knowledge of financial data providers.
