**Job Title:** Project Manager

 

Job Description:

As a seasoned project manager, you will lead the end-to-end execution of high-end interior fit-out and civil projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in interior, civil, and MEP project management with exceptional skills to manage teams, vendors, and client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple interior fit-out and civil projects from inception to completion
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution and delivery
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and timelines
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and proactively resolve issues

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-6 years hands-on experience in managing interior, civil, and MEP projects
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project, and project execution drawings is preferred
