AI/ML Innovations Director

Our organization seeks a forward-thinking and technically proficient leader to spearhead innovative AI/ML initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and manage a high-performing team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
- Foster an environment that promotes innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and career development support.
- Extract and translate business requirements into actionable AI/ML solutions.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior stakeholders and executives.
- Design, refine, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision-Language Models (VLMs) for domain-specific and general-purpose use cases.
- Develop and operationalize Agentic AI systems that leverage autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, and interacting with users, environments, and other agents.
- Utilize the NVIDIA stack (CUDA, TensorRT, Triton Inference Server, etc.) for high-performance model training and deployment.
- Establish scalable ML pipelines and inference services using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, and similar frameworks.
- Stay current with cutting-edge research in Generative AI, LLMs/VLMs, Agentic Systems, and AI Infrastructure.
- Drive Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and pilot programs to evaluate new technologies and their business impact.
