Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. This role will involve leading and managing all day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end closures, and preparing financial statements in compliance with applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closures.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements in compliance with applicable standards.
- Coordinate and ensure timely closure of all statutory and compliance requirements.
- Qualified CA/CPA/ICWA with 2-3 years of relevant experience across finance and accounting.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Tally.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture.
