Maximo Expert

We are seeking a seasoned expert in IBM Maximo Asset Management to lead our team's implementation and optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Maximo modules, developing workflows, escalations, automation scripts, and BIRT reports.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing system administration tasks, including user setup, security groups, domains, and cron jobs. Additionally, they will participate in Maximo implementations, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning. Experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST APIs, web services, and middleware for integrations is highly desirable.

Proficiency in Java, SQL, and scripting languages such as JavaScript and Jython is required. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Maximo modules

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field; IBM Maximo certification preferred
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
