Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive sports program that fosters fitness, discipline, teamwork, and sporting excellence.

This involves overseeing the school's sports curriculum, extracurricular activities, and inter-school competitions, ensuring alignment with international best practices and the school's vision of holistic student development.

Responsibilities:

3. Identify and nurture talent in individual and team sports.">
4. Promote values of teamwork, leadership, and resilience through sports and physical activity.">
5. Design and oversee competitive and recreational sports programs, including intra-school and inter-school events.">
6. Coordinate with external coaches, trainers, and sports academies to enhance student opportunities.">
7. Maintain facilities, equipment, and safety standards at the highest level.">
8. Monitor and assess student progress in physical education and sports.">
9. Maintain accurate records of student participation, performance, and achievements.">
10. Introduce innovative practices, fitness regimes, and emerging sports.">
11. Mentor and manage the sports faculty team, ensuring effective delivery of programs.">
12. Organize school-wide sports days, events, and awareness programs.">

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.">
• Coaching certifications in one or more sports disciplines (preferred).">
• Minimum 5–7 years of teaching and coaching experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.">
• Experience in an international or progressive school environment preferred.">
• Proven track record of organizing large-scale sporting events and training student athletes.">
