We are seeking a seasoned Data Architect Lead to join our team at Genpact. As a trusted advisor, you will establish partnerships with business stakeholders, assess their needs, and provide critical interpretation of data to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complete project lifecycle, from initiation to closure phases, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans with budgetary information and design architecture for sizing, scalability, and performance.
  • Craft dashboards using Tableau and Power BI, providing actionable insights to business leaders.
  • Mentor junior resources on building Data Governance frameworks on Cloud and other platforms.
  • Provide progress reports to Competency Council and drive framework assets business use case builds for Data Governance.
  • Coordinate with other competencies to eliminate redundancy and streamline framework builds.
  • Identify new business opportunities in Data Governance and partner with Vertical Leads to resource and deliver projects.
