Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to oversee the development and maintenance of both backend and frontend systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various technologies including React JS, Next JS, Node JS, and Express JS.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems, building and integrating REST APIs, collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders, ensuring code quality, security, and performance standards, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with DevOps teams for deployment and monitoring of applications.

The successful candidate will have prior experience working in the NBFC or BFSI domain, familiarity with microservices architecture, knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms, expertise in PHP, and experience in containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Backend Development: Strong experience in Python and Node.js/JavaScript.
  • Frontend Development: Strong hands-on experience with Node JS and Express JS.
  • API Development: Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  • Database Knowledge: Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases and MySQL/Mongo DB/Redis.
  • Version Control: Experience with Git and related tools.
  • Understanding of Secure Coding Practices: Understanding of secure coding practices and performance optimization.
