Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Student Success Coordinator to provide seamless academic journeys for students by managing administrative processes, offering timely support, and maintaining accurate student records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as initial contact for newly enrolled students, guiding them through campus resources, policies, and academic expectations.
  • Maintain and update student records in the Student Information System (SIS), including enrolment status, grades, and personal information.
  • Process semester-wise student fee collection and issue receipts according to institutional guidelines.
  • Offer support to students via email, phone, and chat aligning with defined SLAs.
  • Communicate essential information such as future semester payment deadlines, policy updates, and key events through various channels.
  • Educate students on financial aid options, scholarships, grants, and associated application processes and deadlines.
  • Assist students with non-technical issues during course registration and resolve enrolment-related errors.
  • Share updates about alumni events, guest lectures, webinars, and networking opportunities to foster engagement and learning.
  • Generate customised reports and compile data for internal use or regulatory compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 1–3 years of experience in student support, operations, or a customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with online education platforms, CRM systems, data analytics tools, and helpdesk software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a student-first mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with data.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Analytical thinker with a problem-solving attitude and data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Understanding of the student lifecycle and ability to support learners at each stage of their academic journey.
