About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on the responsibilities of Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth and profitability by analyzing financial data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and finalize financial statements – Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Manage payroll processing, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS), and ensure compliance.
  • Handle tax planning, filing of returns, and coordinate assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with Company Law, Labor Law, FEMA, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Manage foreign remittances.
