Job Title: Data Science Trainer

Job Summary

This role involves conducting lectures and providing training to students on data science, programming languages, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching classroom and online lectures on data science and programming languages.
  • Assigning and evaluating coursework, quizzes, and projects.
  • Providing one-on-one assistance and mentoring to students as required.
  • Ensuring that the course curriculum is up-to-date and relevant to industry standards.
  • Collaborating with other trainers and course developers to develop new training materials.
  • Maintaining accurate student records and progress reports.
  • Creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
  • Participating in faculty meetings, staff development programs, and other professional development activities as required.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in data science and related technologies.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience as a trainer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Python, Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Analytics, Deep Learning, NLP, and related technologies.
  • Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
  • A passion for teaching and helping students achieve their career goals.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of popular data science tools and technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and TensorFlow.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
