Main Responsibilities:
  • Define and maintain the visual identity, style, and tone of the project to meet brand standards.
  • Oversee daily creative output across multiple studios, ensuring quality and alignment with company goals.
  • Develop effective playbooks, guidelines, and workflows for scalable video production.
  • Collaborate with directors, producers, and cinematographers to bring innovative concepts to life.
  • Lead and mentor large design/production teams, ensuring creative excellence and high-quality output.
  • Balance artistic direction with timelines, budgets, and high-volume execution requirements.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of experience in art direction for film, ads, or large video productions.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branded content and e-commerce video work.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-studio/multi-location operations effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and storytelling skills to drive business success.
  • Expertise in balancing creative ambition with operational efficiency, resulting in high-quality outputs within deadlines.
