Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date product information and collaborate with the product department to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences by understanding and meeting the specific needs of customers.
  • Visual Merchandising: Implement and enhance visual merchandising standards to improve product display and store image. Analyze and display products according to company guidelines while managing and optimizing store fixtures.
  • Product Receiving: Effectively manage product delivery and replenishment procedures.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead a team of visual professionals, guiding and training them to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Loss Prevention: Participate in inventory counts and follow security protocols to minimize inventory loss.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain the stockroom using available tools to track stock rotation.
