About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Chief Security Operations Manager to join our team at Hyatt Corporation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role and make a real impact.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our hotel, ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees. You will lead a team of security guards and work closely with other departments to maintain a secure and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • To supervise and manage a team of security guards, ensuring they perform their duties in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • To conduct regular patrols of public areas, restaurants, guest floors, offices, plant rooms, and all other areas of the hotel, identifying potential security risks and taking corrective action.
  • To investigate incidents and submit reports, working closely with management and law enforcement agencies as necessary.
  • To assist with emergency response situations, including fires and medical emergencies.
  • To maintain accurate records and logs, including incident reports, security checks, and employee training records.
  • To implement and monitor security protocols, including access control, CCTV monitoring, and alarm systems.
  • To stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
  • To contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting respect, empathy, and open communication.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or tourism setting.
  • A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field would be advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, think critically, and make sound decisions.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of INR 1,500,000 - INR 2,000,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect:
