Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Architect to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our organization and driving the development of scalable, resilient systems.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software solutions using Java (Spring Boot) and event-driven architectures. You will also lead multiple high-impact projects simultaneously and mentor teams while solving the most complex, ambiguous technical challenges.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will bring a strong collaboration mindset to our team, working closely with stakeholders across product teams, clients, and cross-functional tech teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing system architecture and platform decisions
  • Building scalable, resilient systems using Java (Spring Boot) and event-driven architectures
  • Solving real-time, high-throughput challenges in search, pricing, and booking workflows
  • Leading multiple high-impact projects simultaneously
  • Mentoring teams while solving the most complex, ambiguous technical challenges
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • 8-12 years of backend development experience
  • Deep Java expertise (Spring Boot, Hibernate)
  • Hands-on developer who can code, architect, and lead by example
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines
  • Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders - Product teams, Clients, and Cross-functional tech teams
  • Distributed systems experience with event-driven architectures
  • NoSQL databases (ScyllaDB, MongoDB)
  • Performance optimization and latency tuning skills
  • Ownership mindset with proven track record of delivering mission-critical projects
