Job Title: Main Technical Architect
About This Role:This is a key position that requires strong technical leadership and expertise to drive successful project implementations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our systems and technologies, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Implementation: Lead project implementation teams in the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Solution Design: Develop and implement technical solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and efficient.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver projects successfully.
  • Clients and Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely updates on project progress.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our project delivery methodology.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management and technical leadership
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong technical skills in system design and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
