This role involves transforming raw video footage into accessible and engaging series of videos that enhance student's learning. It also entails translating narrative scripts into comprehensive storyboards that hold students' attention.

The ideal candidate will possess strong visualisation and visual design skills, as well as the ability to grasp technical concepts and simplify them visually. Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential for success in this position.

The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years of work experience in instructional designing in higher education or corporate education with any reputed e-learning content development company.

Bachelor's or Master's degree is required, along with specialized knowledge in Instructional design, online learning, video-based learning, mobile learning, MS Office skills and especially MS PowerPoint skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Storyboarding: Translate raw video footage into an accessible and engaging series of videos that enhance student's learning

  • Co-ordination with Production team: Interact with teammates and extended team (video editing partners) to create top-quality product
  • LMS Management: Manage content and develop assets on Learning Management System
