Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to drive continuous improvement and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, resiliency, and innovation of our information systems and ecosystems. You will be involved in every stage of the software lifecycle, from building and testing to deploying changes and maintaining robust systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the reliability and performance of our information systems and ecosystems

  • Develop and implement solutions to improve system reliability and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 15 years of experience in operational management, including incident management and escalations
  • Solution and design experience in an enterprise environment
  • Experience with design and implementation of application monitoring to ensure reliability and performance meets or exceeds business goals
