**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle ERP finance leader to drive end-to-end solution design, configuration, and deployment.

This role requires deep expertise in General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, and EPM integration, ensuring alignment with enterprise finance transformation standards.

The ideal candidate will define reusable patterns, influence solution architecture, and mentor peers to raise the overall capability of the team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage expert-level knowledge of Oracle Fusion GL and Subledger Accounting processes to ensure compliance with US Reporting requirements.
  • Define and enforce solution architecture patterns for ERP–EPM integrations covering FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and EPRCS.
  • Oversight of end-to-end lifecycle delivery: requirements, design, configuration, testing, documentation, cutover, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Partner with Finance leadership to align technology capabilities with close, budgeting, and reporting cycles.
  • Provide architectural oversight for data flows, reconciliations, EDMCS governance, and reporting across ERP and EPM.
  • Lead design and oversight of integrations within Oracle ERP/EPM and with external platforms and vendor-owned applications, ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient data flows.
  • Mentor Engineers and Senior Engineers, guiding technical reviews and ensuring solution quality.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level knowledge of Oracle ERP Finance solutions.
  • Strong understanding of General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, and EPM integration.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence solution architecture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP Finance solutions.
