Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to join our team as a Coverage Associate.

  • Support the sector coverage team in preparing pitch books, conducting industry research, financial analysis, valuation, etc. for capital markets, M&A, and private equity transactions.
  • Support the execution team in analyzing and preparing information memoranda, valuations & financial models required for deals.
  • Assist in documentation, conducting due diligence, presentations, etc.
  • Assist in gathering data from clients and respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • Create and maintain relevant databases on a regular basis on companies in respective sectors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking in the industrials sector.
  • MBA from a premier institute or CA.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, valuations, and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
