Role Summary
As a strategic leader, you will shape and advance the organization's DevOps culture and capabilities. You will drive automation, enhance deployment pipelines, and promote CI/CD practices to support innovation, agility, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a DevOps strategy that aligns with business goals and organizational standards.
  • Design and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for multiple application teams, ensuring fast, reliable, and secure delivery of software releases.
  • Automate manual tasks throughout the application lifecycle, including testing, deployment, infrastructure provisioning, and monitoring.
  • Serve as a bridge between development, operations, and QA teams to remove silos, facilitate communication, and promote shared responsibilities.
  • Migrate and deploy applications to cloud or hybrid infrastructures, leveraging best practices for scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Establish and enhance application monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability, performance, and rapid incident response.
