Yield Management Specialist

Overview

We are building India's first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry, producing chips for applications like power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU), and high-performance computing logic.

This facility will address the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing, data storage, wireless communications, and artificial intelligence.

Job Description

  • Develop a Yield Management System for a 300mm Wafer Fab. This includes designing and creating a Data Integration framework that collects data from various sources (E-test, Defect Inspection, Inline Metrology, Sort).
  • Design Algorithms for Data Analysis to enable root cause understanding and yield optimization. Partner with PI/YE, CFM teams, and vendors to enable continuous system improvements.
  • Automation & Reporting: Generate Automated yield reports. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product Engineering and Process Integration teams to get requirements to build software to support yield management.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or equivalent; Advanced degree preferred.
  2. Experience in data analysis, failure/defect analysis, and yield improvement.
  3. Strong understanding of device physics, process integration, yield improvement, and failure mechanisms.
