Senior Full Stack Engineer Opportunity

 

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Engineer to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge battlefield AI vision platform. This is a high-velocity, AI-native role where you will leverage the latest AI development tools to build at unprecedented speed while maintaining enterprise-grade quality and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement an image processing pipeline for automated satellite image ingestion, preprocessing, and patch generation
  • Develop a seamless integration layer for object detection and classification models
  • Create quality control systems for automated validation and human-in-the-loop review workflows
  • Build a robust data management platform for storing, indexing, and retrieving intelligence data
  • Implement an intuitive end-user interface for intelligence dissemination and visualization
  • Architect scalable infrastructure for handling large-scale data processing

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering with 2+ years in AI/ML system integration
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams (2-10 developers)
  • Experience shipping production ML/AI systems at scale
  • Expert-level proficiency in leveraging AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, GPT-4, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI assistants for rapid prototyping, code generation, and debugging
  • Experience with AI-powered testing, documentation, and deployment tools
  • Track record of delivering projects 2-3x faster than traditional development approaches
  • Core technical skills: Python, Go, or Node.js for high-performance systems; OpenCV, PIL, and ML model deployment (ONNX, TensorRT, TorchServe); PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar for geospatial and metadata storage; AWS, GCP, or Azure with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes); RESTful and GraphQL APIs for system integration; CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring systems
