About the Opportunity

As a Key Communications Officer, you will shape our voice in India across internal and external communications. You will craft compelling content, support campaigns and events, coordinate partners, and ensure messaging aligns with our regional strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft announcements, thought leadership pieces, case studies, and executive messaging that showcase our impact.
  • Manage internal channels to drive engagement, including company newsletters, intranet, and town halls.
  • Support external communications through press materials, coordination, and campaign assets.
  • Partner with leaders to highlight our efforts and customer success stories.
  • Track coverage and campaign KPIs, produce performance reports, and learn from our experiences.
  • Ensure alignment with regional guidelines and manage creative workflows.
  • Provide support on issues and crisis communications as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or related field; a portfolio or writing samples are highly valued.
  • Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Comfortable with digital tools, publishing platforms, and analytics basics.
  • Excellent writing and initiative are encouraged.
