Pathway Coach

We are seeking a Health Transformation Consultant to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with clients who are looking for long-term wellness solutions. As a Health Transformation Consultant, you will connect with clients over video consultations, educate them about holistic health transformation, and guide them on the next steps toward achieving their goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be empathetic and confident, and have a passion for lifestyle medicine and preventive healthcare. If you are motivated by making a positive impact on people's lives and are interested in working with a dynamic team, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1:1 Zoom consultations (20–30 mins) with warm leads to discuss their health goals and objectives
• Review basic health reports, symptoms, and lifestyle details to identify areas for improvement
• Educate clients on the benefits of holistic health transformation and create personalized plans to achieve their goals
• Support clients in setting achievable health goals and lifestyle changes, and provide ongoing guidance and support
• Build trust and explain recommended next steps in simple terms
• Document accurate records of conversations and progress
• Collaborate with senior health coaches for escalations and guidance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Final-year students or fresh graduates from BAMS, BHMS, BNYS, BPT, or related AYUSH/Allied healthcare programs
• Not open for candidates with 2+ years of experience
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
• Comfortable conducting video consultations (Zoom/Google Meet)
• Empathetic, confident, and client-facing personality
• Interest in lifestyle medicine, preventive healthcare, and holistic healing
• Must maintain a healthy & fit lifestyle in line with our values
