Machine Learning Engineer

Are you a skilled professional with expertise in machine learning and big data processing? Do you have experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable ML models?

This role involves working with large datasets, leveraging modern ML frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for:

  • Designing and building scalable ML models for real-world applications
  • Developing and optimizing end-to-end ML pipelines using PySpark and MLflow
  • Processing structured and unstructured data with Pandas, NumPy, and other libraries
  • Training, evaluating, and fine-tuning models using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
  • Integrating and experimenting with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT and Hugging Face Transformers
  • Collaborating with data engineers, product managers, and software developers
  • Monitoring and improving model performance for accuracy, scalability, and reliability
  • Ensuring reproducibility and version control of ML experiments using MLflow
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong programming expertise in Python
  • A solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques
  • Experience with PySpark for big data processing
  • Proficiency with MLflow for model lifecycle management
  • Strong hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
  • Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers)
  • Knowledge of MLOps principles and deployment best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields
  • Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work in cross-functional teams
