Job Title:

Immigration Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal to manage a full caseload of employment-based immigration cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and editing NIV/IV cases with a focus on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B visas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting high-volume NIV/IV cases with emphasis on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B visa applications.
  • Independently managing a large caseload while collaborating with inter-firm teams to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Communicating effectively and timely with clients throughout the visa process.
  • Reporting to legal teams and managers regarding case progression and status.
  • Liaising with governmental organizations including USCIS, CBP, the US Department of State, and the US Department of Labor.
  • Supporting lawyers in procuring evidence, preparing supplementary documents, and ensuring adherence to procedural stipulations and submission deadlines.
  • Showcasing strategic acumen and initiative in case assignments and identifying delays.
  • Preparing and coordinating document production and responses to RFEs.
  • Maintaining records and carrying out consistent case tracking and management as per firm policies.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of immigration experience with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is preferred.
