About the Role:

As a creative visionary, you will lead our design team in producing innovative and high-quality visual content that drives real estate marketing success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visually stunning brand identities, logos, and style guides for clients.
  • Conceptualize and oversee the design of brochures, hoardings, websites, social media creatives, and branding materials.
  • Collaborate with developers, photographers, and external vendors to deliver seamless creative solutions.
  • Review, guide, and approve final artwork before release.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print, digital, and outdoor design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma).
  • Experience in real estate or lifestyle branding preferred.
  • Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
