We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance & Project Accounting Manager to join our team in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional services environment. Experience in the AEC industry is preferred.

The Finance & Project Accounting Manager will be responsible for project-level financial management, including reviewing bids and proposals, setting up projects in ERP systems, and providing financial reports and forecasts. They will also be responsible for corporate finance management, including maintaining accurate corporate and local accounting records, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing monthly financial statements.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team. They will also have a strong commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review bids and proposals for financial compliance and client requirements
  • Set up projects in ERP systems and maintain accurate records
  • Provide financial reports and forecasts, recommending corrective actions where needed
  • Maintain accurate corporate and local accounting records
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments, expense coding, reimbursements, and cash application
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in a professional services environment, preferably in the AEC industry
  • Minimum 3 years' supervisory or management experience
  • ERP experience (Deltek Vision required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
